<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drink cooking device and the drink cooking method which does not need to enlarge the device body, keeps low cost, can filter extract well and accordingly cook good drink. <P>SOLUTION: The drink cooking device 1 cooks drink by filtering out extract which is extracted using a predetermined ingredient G and water W, and it is provided with a percolator 2 which has a filter F for filtering out extract and an extraction section 17 to which a predetermined ingredient G and water W are supplied in order to extract and a storage section 11a which is provided in the opposite side of the extraction section 17 having the filter F in between and stores drink obtained by filtering the extract extracted through the extraction part 17 with the filter F, and an air pump 4 which supplies air to the storage section 11a in order to send the air to the side of the extraction section 17 from the storage section 11a through the filter F and a control means which operates the air pump 4 while filtering out the extract through the filter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
