<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently fix an insulating plate for lighting equipment equipped with one interposed between a main body and a lighting circuit board. <P>SOLUTION: The equipment comprises a metal main body 1, a lighting circuit board 3 fitted at underside of the main body through an insulating plate 2, and a reflecting plate 4 fitted at underside of the lighting circuit board 3 and fixed to the main body 1.
