<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve filling efficiency of fuel off-gas when circulating it. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell system is so structured to circulate the off-gas exhausted from a fuel cell, and is provided with a pressurizing means arranged in a circulation channel and pressurizing the off-gas, and a temperature lowering means arranged between the fuel cell and the pressurizing means for lowering temperature of the fuel off-gas.
