<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a labeled substance for identifying several tens of or several thousands of sample molecules in the same section, by minimizing a probe section, such as a DNA probe array, and to provide a multiple inspection method of biological substances. <P>SOLUTION: Particles to be created by changing the ratio of different elements for indexing a probe are used; an SEM image is obtained by a scanning electron microscope for detecting the position and the size; and further, the position and the size of characteristic X rays generated, when electrons irradiated to the particles by the scanning electron microscope are obtained, by obtaining element analysis images, by using an energy dispersion type characteristic X-ray detector. Accordingly, what kinds of elements that contain the nanoparticles, how large the nanoparticles are, and where on the section of a substrate the nano particles are present. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
