PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semi-conductive elastic member whose electric characteristics are uniform, having sufficient chargeability, in which contamination of a photo conductor, etc. is suppressed even in use for a long period and also with excellent resistive stability. SOLUTION: In an elastic member consisting of a cored bar 11 and an elastic object layer 12 provided on its periphery, the half-conductive elastic member contains both of a material having 1-50 nm diameter of a pore or distance between layers and ionic liquid in the elastic object layer.
