PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating-coil heater control device for a vehicle which can effectively remove the fogging or ice sticking to a window. SOLUTION: The heating-coil heater control device for the vehicle is provided with an electronic switch 4, a current detector 5, an amount-of-change computing part 9, a duty-ratio-setting part 8, and an ON/OFF control part 7. The electronic switch is arranged between a heating-coil heater 1 and power E, and the current detector detects the current passing through the heating-coil heater 1. Then the amount-of-change computing part determines the amount of change in the current with time detected by the current detector 5. The duty-ratio-setting part sets the time for continuously supplying current to the heating-coil heater 1, the time for intermittent supply of current after that, and the duty ratio of supply and suspension of current during the time for intermittent supply of current based on the amount of change in current with time. Then the ON/OFF control part controls on-and-off of the electronic switch 4 so that the time for continuous supply of current, the time for intermittent supply of current and the duty ratio set by the duty-ratio-setting part 8 can be realized.
