摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a still more practical electrophotographic photoreceptor excellent in solubility in organic solvents and in compatibility with macromolecule binder resin and containing naphthalene tetracarboxylic acid diimid derivative of a new structure excellent in electron transport capabilities, an electrophotographic image forming device using it, an electrophotographic cartridge, and naphthalene tetracarboxylic acid diimid derivative of a new structure. SOLUTION: This invention provides a pyridine-substituted unsymmetrical naphthalene tetracarboxylic acid diimid compound excellent in electron transport capabilities, in solubility in organic solvents, in compatibility with binder resin, and in durability against nitrogen oxide. Accordingly, the electrophotographic photoreceptor using it is excellent in static charge stability and durability to maintain a constant surface potential even if repeatedly used for a long period.
