PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room display plate using a reversible information display panel capable of suppressing manufacturing costs and man-hours of the room display plate satisfactorily low and effectively suppressing the consumption of resources. SOLUTION: In the room display plate 1 having, as display parts 5, 6 and 7, reversible and dry type information display panels 2, 3 and 4 each having display mediums encapsulated in a closed space between two substrates which are opposed to each other and at least one of which is transparent and displaying necessary information on the transparent substrate side by moving the display mediums by an electric field formed by charges formed on the surfaces of the substrates, (1) two kinds of display mediums having colors and charge characteristics different from each other are used, (2) an average particle diameter of particles for the display mediums used for the information display panels is specified to be in the range of 3 to 10μm and (3) total thickness of the information display panels is specified to be≥10μm and <1 mm.
