PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact substrate capable of making conductive connection between a mount section of elastic contact point and an electrode section of substrate more easily and securely than ever before, and to provide a manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The contact substrate is connected conductively with a spiral contact shoe 13 formed using an elastic arm 17 and a mount section 16 through a protruding portion 30 on a surface electrode section 20 of the substrate 10. Thereby, it becomes possible to connect conductively between the mount section 16 and the surface electrode section 20 more easily and securely compared with the conventional way of using conductive adhesives. Also, the electric resistance between the mount section 16 and the surface electrode section 20 can be more reduced compared with the way of using conductive adhesives. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
