PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly ensure the sufficient adhesion in the junction part of a micropump unit and an inspection chip to prevent the liquid leak from a flow channel or the penetration of a contaminant in a micro-synthetic analyzing system constituted so as to perform automatic liquid feed, temperature control, detection or the like by performing the reaction of a specimen with a reagent and its detection in the fine flow channel of an inspection chip and mounting the inspection chip in a system main body. SOLUTION: The base main body 12 of the system main body is provided with a cleaning mechanism composed of a wiping-off device 16 for cleaning the pump junction of the inspection chip 50 and/or the chip junction 66 of the micropump unit 26, a blower 32 and the like.
