PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish more suitable seat displacement control in getting on/off requiring displacement of the seat. SOLUTION: A plurality of kinds of outdoor neighborhood person information for recognizing the number of riding persons, for example, information from an on-vehicle camera for photographing an image of a person or the like, an on-vehicle microphone for recognizing conversation and Bluetooth terminal for recognizing a cellular phone carried by the person are obtained respectively (step S106), and the number of riding persons is recognized from different viewpoints respectively (step S109-S111). Thereby, accuracy of recognition of the number of riding persons is enhanced as compared with the case where the number of riding persons is recognized, for example, based on one kind of information of only the image by the on-vehicle camera, and determination of requirement of displacement drive of a front seat can be more suitably performed, thereby, the more suitable seat displacement control is accomplished.
