PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railway vehicle chair with sufficient sitting comfortability hardly affected by influence of rolling. SOLUTION: The railway vehicle chair 10 is provided with a seat frame part 18 having a back frame part 26 formed on a back surface part and a cushion frame part 24 formed on a sitting part; and seats 14, 16 arranged above the seat frame 18 and having elasticity. The cushion frame part 24 has frame areas 30a, 30b divided to one or a plurality of parts in a right/left direction of a sitting person and a plurality of deflection members 20 straddling the frame areas 30a, 30b in the right/left direction are provided on the cushion frame part 24.
