PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the efficient manufacture of an injection molded product by shortening the cooling time of a device after molding, by efficiently curing a thermosetting molten resin for a short time, and by preventing the device in molding from having a high temperature. SOLUTION: The manufacturing device is equipped with a fixed mold 10 and a movable mold 20. A shutter cavity 30 having a cylindrical shutter part 31 is inserted in an opening of the movable mold 20, and a radiation part 41 of a far infrared ray heater 40 is inserted in an inner side of the shutter part 31. A cavity K is formed by clamping the fixed mold 10 and the movable mold 20 and advancing the shutter part 31 to the fixed mold 10 side to enclose the radiation part 41. A stator core W2 winding a motor yoke W1 and a coil W3 is set in the cavity K, and the thermosetting molten resin is filled. After being filled, the molten resin is cured in a semi-solidified state by a pipe heater embedded in the fixed mold 10, and then the radiation part 41 is exposed by lowering the shutter part 31 to cure the resin by the heat radiation.
