PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scraping mechanism which improves the tendency of a limitation of physical capacity due to human power or a deterioration in environmental protection such as generation of powder dust due to wind power although an object to be processed having a low apparent specific gravity such as plastic films, paper debris and wood debris located above a waste mixture on a carrying conveyor during operation is generally removed in the form of using human power and wind power. SOLUTION: The scraping mechanism is provided in which on an endless driving belt stretched so that circumferential movement can be applied by a drive roller and a driven roller that are rotatably pivoted by a frame body, flexible scraping hooks are disposed in a longitudinal row number and at an adjacent space suitable for the belt width, wherein the scraping mechanism is spaced at an appropriate interval above a conveyor during operation and disposed in a crossed state, thereby removing an object to be processed having a low specific gravity from above the carrying surface of the conveyor mechanically and continuously.
