PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use the recovering method for the improvement/development of products by a program implementor by objectively measuring a user's contact state with a program. SOLUTION: A measuring program for managing a practical program and its application history data is previously stored in a storage medium 3, and at the time of starting a system, the measurement program is also read out. The measuring program reads out the application history data, and when a prescribed condition is not attained, the practical program is executed, and after the end of the program, its application state is recorded as application history data. When the prescribed condition is attained, the history data are encoded and displayed on a display device 4 and informed of a prescribed destination. These history data are totalized to statistically measure user's contact state (frequency, time, etc.) with the program. |
