PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a high-contrast image forming property without reducing sensitivity by adding a specified fluorine-contg. polymer. SOLUTION: This photosensitive resin compsn. contains a high molecular compd. having at least fluoro-aliphatic groups and groups represented by the formula -L-P (where L is a divalent org. group bonding to the skeleton of the high molecular compd. and P is an arom. group having carboxyl groups in the ortho-positions). A fluorine-contg. (meth)acrylic resin or the like is particularly useful as the fluorine-contg. polymer. The (meth)acrylic resin has an addition polymerizable monomer having a fluoro-aliphatic group and an addition polymerizable monomer having a carboxylic acid group represented by the formula as copolymerizable components. In the formula, A is H, a halogen, or the like, X is O or the like, R1-R4 are each H, a halogen, alkyl or the like and two of R1-R4 may bond to each other to form a ring but at least one of R1-R4 is a group other than H. |
