PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing pyrazoloazole type compound represented by general formula (III) without limited to aliphatic primary amines. SOLUTION: A compound (III) is obtained by reacting a compound having p-nitrophenoxymethyl group at the 3-position of the pyrazoloazole compound with a primary or secondary amine in a compound having two or more etheric oxygen.
