PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eye/eyebrow cosmetic that exhibits quite excellent cosmetic durability, forms a natural cosmetic film having excellent water resistance and imposing less burden on the skin and is excellent in stability. SOLUTION: The eye/eyebrow cosmetic comprises one or two or more of triorganosilyl group-bearing nonionic polysaccharides and derivatives thereof, one or two or more selected from among hydrophobic silicic anhydride, organo-modified bentonite and synthetic sodium magnesium silicate, a cosmetic powder and a volatile oily agent.
