A telemarketing system using an intelligent network and a cyber telephony network is provided to route an inbound call to a second reception phone or a phone number of the same category or a third person when a first reception phone is not answered by assigning one or two cyber phone numbers while using a present phone number. A cyber telephony network is assigned by generating a reception-only cyber telephony network to an intelligent key number. An inbound call is routed to a second reception phone, or a phone number of the same category or a third person at the same time when a first reception phone is not answered. A first cyber phone number through an intelligent network key number is compatible with a second reception-only phone number. The second reception-only phone number is used for PR(Public Relation) or AD(ADvertisement) sales of a natural person or a businessman by linking with phone, mobile, and VoIP(Voice of Internet Protocol) numbers of the natural person or the businessman through in the bound call. |
