A double-sided chopping board is provided to prevent warpage or twisting in the center and reduce noise by separating two side of chopping board from the bottom at a predetermined space. A double-sided chopping board comprises a body(30) in which food materials are placed, an assembly part(40), and a supporter(50) hinged to the assembly part. The assembly part projected to two sides of the body has assembly holes at two ends. The screws are formed at the inner periphery of the assembly holes. The assembly holes have an insertion hole, in which a spring is inserted, at the outer periphery. An engaging groove(54) is formed at the upper center of the supporter and a holding groove(56) is formed at the lower part of the supporter. The material of the body and the supporter is PE(Poly Ethylene) or UHMW PE(Ultra High Molecular Weight Poly Ethylene). |
