A danger alarm system and a danger alarm method using the same are provided to solve a problem that if a self-protection device of a user is taken by a robber, the user would be in a serious danger, and an alarm sound generating device is not much effective in an unfrequented area. An emergency terminal(130) has a unique ID and transmits a radio signal including the unique ID to the exterior by user manipulation. A plurality of radio base stations(120-122) check a location of the emergency terminal(130) based on the radio signal transferred from the emergency terminal(130), and transmit the unique ID and the location information of the emergency terminal(130) to a service server(150) connected with a management terminal(140) via a fixed line or the Internet. The management terminal(140) wirelessly receives the unique ID and the location information of the emergency terminal(130) from the radio base stations(120-122). The service server(150) receives the unique ID and the location information of the emergency terminal(130) and stores the unique ID, personal information and the location information of the emergency terminal(130) and a radio signal reception time.
