PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet which is satisfactorily superior in water proof property when laminated with a polyvinyl chloride sheet and does not cause swelling and exfoliation due to moisture transition from outside to a (wooden) substrate through the decorative sheet when pasted on the substrate e.g. wooden one, provided that in both cases an impregnated paper is used as a printing base sheet, and excellent in transparency, heat resistance, weather durability and scratch resistance in the case a polyolefin resin sheet is used. SOLUTION: A waterproof barrier layer 13, comprising a polyolefin resin with a thermoplastic elastomer composition, is set between a pattern layer and a hard coat of the decorative sheet; which has a pattern layer 12 and an ionizing radiation curable resin hard coat layer 14 laid in this order on one surface of a polyolefin resin base sheet 11.
