PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed laminate on which a clear printed image with a soft texture can be easily and economically formed by cladding a film and a sheet-like base material and in which a print layer is hard to come off due to rubbing and to blur due to fluffing, etc., its manufacturing process, various materials such as a packaging material using this laminate with excellent beautiful appearance, a heating element and a thermal implement such as a body warmer, and a product such as a raincoat, a bag, a rug, a medical sheet. SOLUTION: The laminate contains a film having a print layer made of an adhesive composition containing a coloring agent, and the sheet-like base material laminated with the film through this print layer in such a manner that at least one of the film and the sheet-like base material is transparent or semitransparent.
