An enclosed type terrestrial heat exchange device and a constitution method using the double interleaf heat pipe is provided to reduce the operating cost by using the terrestrial heat without intake underwater. An enclosed type terrestrial heat exchange device and a constitution method using the double interleaf heat pipe comprises a geothermal excavated hole(1) which is deeply excavated as the underground dark spot in order to use the terrestrial heat; an external circulation pipe(7) which connects so that the end be shielded and it be water-leaked and inserted and set up in the geothermal excavated hole; an inner recirculation pipe(8) which connects and installs the perforated drain pipe making have the weight and inserted and installs inside the external circulation pipe; a circulating pump(54) circulating the brine through the circulating water piping in the geothermal excavated hole and heat exchanger; and a supplement water tank(55) supplementing the brine.
