The apparatus has a body (33) constituted by a cylindrical structure made of brass or bronze and provided with a cold water inlet (36) and a cold water outlet in the same cold water axis (F). The body is equipped with a hot water inlet (35) and a hot water outlet in the same hot water axis. Two mobile systems are formed by two connected valve seat assemblies which are respectively housed in hot water and cold water paths of the body. The valve seat assemblies include valve stems which are fitted in an elastic membrane.
