The device has a case including a lid (1) and a container (3) containing a deodarant and disinfectant filter, where the container has a clip (6) articulated between wings of a hinge. The clip has a hook (7) with ends (7a) bent towards the interior. The ends hold a median part (M) of a private telephone handset i.e. portable telephone, when the clip is deployed during utilization of the device. A recess houses the clip when the clip is folded during non-usage or storing of the device. Projections form a space between the case and a microphone for pure sound.
