A method for preparing an alkoxypoly(oxyalkylene)glycol unsaturated carboxylicacidalkylester compound through a non-solvent reaction is provided to be usable to a concrete admixture with excellent water reduction and slump maintenance performance. A method for preparing an alkoxypoly(oxyalkylene)glycol unsaturated carboxylicacidalkylester compound comprises a step of performing ester reaction or esterification reaction of unsaturated carboxylic acid having at least one double bond and alkoxy poly(oxyalkylene) glycol in a vacuum atmosphere without the use of a solvent in the presence of an acid catalyst.
