PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condition discriminant circuit of low cost and high reliability as a circuit arranged inside a control board for a transformation equipment. SOLUTION: The condition discriminant circuit switching ON an output terminal in case the number of ON-contacts is N pieces out of M pieces of contact inputs, forms a matrix-shape changeover contact groups of M steps and N+1 rows by connecting M pieces of changeover contacts 18 in series in accordance with the number of contact inputs of relays 17 and N+1 pieces in parallel in accordance with the number of contacts to be ON, and is structured by eliminating unnecessary changeover contacts 18 calculated based on a relational expression below from the changeover contact groups. Further, the relational expression below showing the changeover contacts 18 to be eliminated from the changeover contact groups of the M steps and the N+1 rows is for an n-th row as a transition row of current routes.
