METHOD OF SCREENING APOPTOSIS INDUCING ANTICANCER REAGENTS USING RHOB PROMOTER REPORTER SYSTEM

A method of screening apoptosis-inducing anticancer reagents by using a RhoB promoter reporter system is provided to fine drug which inhibits the growth of tumor cell and induces the apoptosis, therefore, a therapeutic agent can be developed. A screening system of an improvement material of RhoB gene expression comprises (i) nucleotide encoding a RhoB promoter; and (ii) host cell which contains nucleotide encoding luciferase or cyanogen fluorescence protein(CFP) and is transformed to the plasmid which does not encode the other promoter or enhancers.
