A cable protecting device for a ladle vehicle is provided to prevent damage by the ladle vehicle and make the life of the cable be semi-permanent. A cable protecting device for a ladle vehicle(10) comprises: a duct(40) accommodating a cable(50) of the ladle vehicle; a winding drum(30) meeting to the ladle vehicle transition speed and reeling the cable upon connection to one end of the cable; and a guide tube(25) in which the cable moves in a guiding channel. The duct includes a duct cover covering the top, located on the surface of ground, and the guiding channel located on the duct cover.
