A clamping device of a spindle motor is provided to improve the reliability of a product by limiting the rotation angle of an arm, which supports disc with rotating motion and linear motion, at predetermined angles to support a disc adamantly. A clamping device of a spindle motor comprises: a rotary shaft(140); a rotor york(171) mounted with a disc; and a clamping device for supporting the disc mounted in the rotor york. The clamping device comprises: a case(210) in which the disc is inserted into the side; a plurality of arms(220) preventing the disc inserted into the case from being deviated to one side of the case; an elastic member(240) which elastically supports the arm to the outer side of the case; and a unit limiting the rotation angle of the arm.
