A manufacturing method of a silicon embossing roll comprises: a step for forming embossed uneven patterns in a steel plate(22) by a laser machine(21); a step for mounting the steel plate with patterns to a successive type press and thermally pressing a silicon pad with an oil-hydraulic press and forming a silicon mold(23) having intaglio uneven patterns; and a step for adhering the silicon mold to the inner surface of the cylinder mold of an injection molding machine(24) and fixing a steel roll(25) inside the cylinder frame and injecting silicon fluid and manufacturing a silicon embossing roll(27).
