PURIFICATION SYSTEM OF WASTE OIL AND METHOD THEREOF

A waste lubricant recycling system and a waste lubricant recycling method using the same are provided to improve the water-removing ability by continuously maintaining a vacuum condition in the upper vacuum chamber for spraying lubricant flown in the vacuum chamber to separate water from the lubricant. A waste lubricant recycling system comprises: an oil suction motor(20) sucking waste lubricant through an oil inlet(10); a heater(40) receiving waste lubricant or lubricant from the oil suction motor or oil discharging/supplying motor to heat the waste lubricant or lubricant to a predetermined temperature; a vacuum chamber(50) including an upper vacuum chamber(51) and a lower vacuum chamber(52) to always constantly maintain the degree of vacuum of the upper vacuum chamber; an oil discharging/supplying motor(60) discharging lubricant stored in the second storage tank to an oil outlet(70) or supplying the lubricant to the heater; and a water condenser(80) converting vaporized water received from the upper vacuum chamber into water to discharge the water. The upper vacuum chamber separates lubricant and water from the heated waste lubricant by one or more spray nozzles(53). The lower vacuum chamber includes a first storage tank(52a) and a second storage tank(52b).
