A calorie watch type display module and a portable heath care monitor apparatus including a display module are provided to enable a user to recognize the quantity of motion efficiently by outputting target calorie consumption for one day and substantial calorie consumption in analog watch type. A sensor unit(120) measures the quantity of motion, and an input unit(110) inputs the setup information for health care that a user sets up. A memory unit(140) stores the monitor information for health care including a software program that calculates the substantial consumed calories. A controller(130) accumulates the substantially consumed calories that is calculated through the program, and outputs the relation between the target consumed calories and the substantially consumed calories to a watch display module(150). |
