A tray-like vegetative mat and a construction method using the same are provided to enable greening business and to strengthen anchoring of the plant root and to prevent outflow of earth and sand. A tray-like vegetative mat(100) comprises a plurality of trays(31) for planting and a horizontal portion(32) which is developed into the flat side and connects each tray, a vegetation portion(30) including a plurality of minute through holes which is penetrated so that the survival of the root of the penetration of the moisture and plant is facilitated, a first connector(10) and a second connector(20) formed in the former, after, left, right each edge of the vegetation portion, and a fiber mat including a seating groove which is arranged to the constant interval so that tray be settled and caves in.
