A pressure sensor sheet for a vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to sense on-board passenger and weight of passenger by using load distribution and resistance change generated when a first contact member and a second contact member contact to each other. A pressure sensor sheet for a vehicle comprises an upper sheet(11) in which a plurality of first contact members(111) are printed on the lower surface thereof, an intermediate sheet(12) in which a plurality of holes(121) are formed so that a space can be formed at the lower part of the first contact member, and a lower sheet(13) in which a second contact member(131) contacting with the first contact member is printed on the upper side thereof. The intermediate sheet includes an air duct(122) formed in the same path as the second contact member.
