PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic levitation type pump that can restrain the generation of particles caused by the contact of a sliding part with no pulsation of transferred liquid.SOLUTION: A magnetic levitation type pump magnetically levitates an impeller 4 housed in a pump casing. A motor 9 that rotates the impeller 4 and an electromagnet 6 that magnetically supports the impeller 4 are oppositely arranged across the impeller 4. The motor 9 is arranged on the opposite side of a suction port 1a of the pump casing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
