The present invention relates to a connecting device to connect a conductive portion of a power cable and a carbon fiber of a heating wire. The connecting device comprises: a connection body (110) made of an electrically conductive and flexible material; a heating wire fixing member (150) connected to the connection body (110) and fixing the heating wire; and a power cable fixing member (170) combined with the connection body (110) and fixing a power cable. The connection body includes a first connection portion (135) extending from the inner space of the heating wire fixing member and a second connection portion (145) extending from an inner space of the power cable fixing member. By using the connecting device according to the present invention, the heating wire and the power cable can be easily connected.
