The present invention relates to a composition for forming a hard coating film, a hard coating film using the same, and an image displaying device comprising the same. More particularly, the composition for forming a hard coating layer comprises an acrylic polymerizable compound, linker compound and a silsesquioxane compound containing an epoxy or vinyl group, wherein the linker compound comprises a (meth)acryl group and at least one of a cyclic ether group and vinyl group in its molecule. Therefore, the composition for forming a hard coating layer provides high hardness and softness, causes low shrinking, and prevents generation of curling.
