PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder dispenser for creating a component by additive manufacturing capable of solving the above-described problems by a simple and high cost-effective method.SOLUTION: A powder dispenser (14) comprises a vertical channel (55), which is configured so as to communicate with a tank for housing powder at an upper end and terminates at a low position in an opening (26), and the opening (26) comprises an outlet portion (51) which is long along a horizontal direction and used for dropping powder.
