PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate, in communication conducted between a plurality of participants, at least one of the participant who subsequently starts speaking and the subsequent speaking start timing.SOLUTION: An estimation device comprises: a head part operation information generating part that obtains head part operation information showing a head part operation of a participant for communication in a timer interval corresponding to a finish time of a speaking interval; and an estimation part that estimates at least one of a speaker in the subsequent speaking interval of the speaking interval and the subsequent speaking starting timing of the speaking interval based on the head part operation information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
