FIELD: wood-pulp and paper industry, in particular, devices for winding up of rolls of strip material of small diameter, for instance, hygiene paper on sleeves, also used in printing, chemical and other industries. SUBSTANCE: machine has bed on which drive (for instance, electric motor) is mounted, roll-out device made with unit of lifting and fixing of initial roll of strip material, supplying shaft, winding up unit having winding bar, the first and second radial bearings 6 and 7, unit for fixing the sleeve in the form of split sleeve 8 and rod 9. One end of winding bar is hinged to the first radial bearing 6 and the other end is located inside sleeve 8. Split sleeve may be made in the form of two half-cylinders tightened by flexible ring 10. Closed end of split sleeve is rigidly connected with rod 9 which is secured in the second radial bearing 7 which is secured in mechanism for transfer of sleeve fixing unit in longitudinal direction. Unit of machine starting is made in the form of dry-type or one- or two-disc clutch. EFFECT: simple design and reliable operation. 5 cl, 3 dwg
