Provided in the present invention are a mobile management device signaling transmission method and device, the method comprising: the mobile management device acquires at least one multicast address, at least one multicast address comprising a first multicast address of a first multicast group, and the first multicast group comprises M access network devices in N access network devices; the mobile management device transmits signaling to M access network devices in the first multicast group according to the first multicast address; M and N are integers, and N ≥2，and 2 ≤M ≤N. The technical solution provided in the present invention avoids replicating and transmitting the same signaling in large quantities when the mobile management device transmits the same signaling to the large amount of access network devices through the multicast mechanism, reducing signaling overhead and signaling processing amount of the mobile management device, thus improving a device capacity of the mobile management device, thus reducing cost of an overall network. |
