The present invention provides a heating power control device including: a driven gear (18) fixated at a gas amount control shaft (16) opening and closing a gas discharge hole of a gas intake pipe (14) by normally or reversely rotating according to the intensity of stepping on first and second foot pedals (21, 22) or rotating a control knob (17) while an inner lateral end of a heating power control structure of a gas range is inserted into the gas intake pipe and an outer lateral end of the heating power control structure of the gas range is integrally joined to the inner surface of a control knob (17); a driving gear (25) engaged with the driven gear; an electronic motor (24) driving the driving gear (25); a control unit (23) controlling the driving gear (25); and the first and second foot pedal (21, 22) enabling the control unit (23) to generate control signals. The purpose of the present invention is to control flames of the gas range without using hands while cooking.
