The present invention relates to an organic light emitting diode (OLED), and more specifically, to an OLED forming an organic luminous layer through a liquefied organic luminous material. A first electrode as an anode is formed by a first metal layer, a nano-metal layer and a second metal layer having a surface with an irregular shape formed due to the nano-metal layer. Accordingly, a pile-up-phenomenon of an organic luminous layer can be prevented, thereby preventing generation of a brightness difference in one pixel area due to luminous efficiency depending on the thickness of the organic luminous layer. Therefore, a stain default due to brightness non-uniformity is restricted in the one pixel area, thereby improving a display quality. Moreover, uniformity in the thickness of the organic luminous layer is improved such that degradation of the organic luminous layer is restricted, thereby expanding a life cycle. Furthermore, all areas of the pixel area form a luminous area, thereby preventing reduction of an entire opening rate of the OLED. In addition, electrical characteristics of the first electrode can be improved. |
