PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a web conveying device capable of safely conveying a web shifting from an intermittent conveyance to a continuous conveyance and performing a high precision printing.SOLUTION: In the downstream side of a printing part 10, there are provided a first suction roller 19 which is intermittently rotated to extract a web 100, and a gap sensor 45 for detecting a position of a loop shape part 101 of the web 100 between the printing part 10 and the first suction roller 19. The rotation speed of the first suction roller 19 is adjusted according to the detected position of the loop shape part 101. Between the first suction roller 19 and a drier 24, there are provided a second suction roller 23 which continuously rotates to feed the web 100 into the drier 24, and a gap sensor 46 for detecting a position of a loop shape part 102 of the web 100. The speed of rollers 26 of the second suction roller 23 is adjusted according to the detected position of the loop shape part 102.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
