PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus comprising a photoreceptor drum 21, conveyance belt 241, transfer roller 242, tension roller 244 over which the conveyance belt 241 is laid, and a guide member 245 that is provided on the downstream side of the tension roller 244 to guide a sheet, and prevent insufficiency of a toner scattering suppression current to be applied to the tension roller 244 with an inexpensive configuration.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus comprises: a common power supply 247 that is connected to a guide member 245 and a tension roller 244, and applies a current having a reverse polarity to a charge polarity of toner respectively to the guide member 245 and the tension roller 244; a first current path L2 that connects the tension roller 244 and the common power supply 247; and a second current path L3 that is branched from a branch point Y on the first current path L2 to be connected to the guide member 245. The second current path L3 is provided with a resistance part 250 for adjusting the ratio of a current to be applied to the first current path L2 to a current to be applied to the second current path L3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
