PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chucking device in which fall prevention of an arbor is securely performed, and it is given in a simple constitution so that low cost is achieved and attachment/detachment is facilitated, and an axis line of a spindle and an axis line of the arbor are concentrically matched in a high accuracy, and a vibration inspection apparatus with the same.SOLUTION: A chucking device 211 detachably attaches a tapered shaft part 141 of a member to be attached to a tapered hole 251 formed at the tip of a spindle 35 rotationally driven. The spindle 35 is installed in which the rotation axis is along a vertical direction, the tip is downwardly oriented, and a male screw part 253 is formed at the outer periphery of the tip. The member to be attached includes a flange part 219 which protrudes from the outer periphery surface of the tapered shaft part 141 in a base end side to outside in a radial direction. A ring member is provided in which a female screw part 229 is formed at one end side, and a spherical seat 231 pressed on a peripheral end surface of the flange part 219 in the base end side is formed at the other side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12 |
