PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocurable resin composition capable of forming a cured product which is excellent in dispersibility of inorganic particles, and has resistance against yellowing by heat, light resistance, transparency, a low coefficient of linear expansion, and sufficiently less surface tackiness (stickiness); and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A photocurable resin composition contains 100 pts.mass of cyclic organopolysiloxane, 10-200 pts.mass of inorganic particles, and 0.050-20 pts.mass of a photoradical generator. The cyclic organopolysiloxane has a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl group having 3 to 10 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group or a substituted or unsubstituted aralkyl group, and further has an acryloxy group or a methacryloxy group.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
