The present invention relates to an online workout managing system for personal training and a processing method thereof. The online workout managing system provides various exercise video content for lectures in order to provide a member-customized workout lecture and a workout program. In order to accomplish this, the online workout managing system comprises a communication network, a plurality of member terminals, at least one trainer terminal, and a personal training service server. The personal training service server provides not only the exercise videos for lectures but also a workout lecture and a workout program. The personal training service server provides various additional services. According to the present invention, since various member-customized workout lectures and workout programs are provided by using exercise videos for lectures, differentiated personal training services can be provided to members. |
